AI that helps you estimate faster
Pokor's AI assists with estimates, unpacks disagreement, enriches stories, and writes up your retros — always on demand, never automatic. Here's exactly what each feature does, what data it uses, and what it costs.
What the AI can do
Eight assistants, each triggered by hand. Some are open to everyone in a session; others are part of the Organizer plan.
Estimate suggestion
Suggests a single card from your deck with a short rationale — grounded in similar past stories and a confidence level on the Organizer plan.
Disagreement summary
After a reveal, explains why estimates diverged and what to focus on before re-voting. Votes are anonymized first.
Story explanation
A plain-language explanation of a story before you vote, so everyone starts from the same understanding.
Session summary
A mid-session recap with highlights and next steps, pulled from the session history.
Story enrichment
Turns a title (and any imported notes) into a clear description with testable acceptance criteria you review before applying.
Story ordering
Suggests a sensible order for your backlog, keeping every story exactly once.
Retrospective narrative
Turns a session’s stats into a shareable write-up with concrete action items.
Analytics insights
A plain-language readout of your cross-session estimation trends, with recommendations.
How it works
Every AI feature runs through a single, auditable path. When you trigger one, Pokor assembles just the relevant story and voting content, sends it to an AI model provider through the Cloudflare AI Gateway, and saves the result to your account so it survives a page refresh. Nothing runs in the background — the AI only acts when a person clicks.
Bring your own key, or use credits
Each AI action costs one credit on our hosted provider. Every account gets a free monthly allowance (larger on the Organizer plan), and you can top up any time. On the Organizer plan you can instead connect your own provider key — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Grok — and those requests go directly to your provider and cost no credits. See the pricing page for the exact monthly allowances.
Your data & privacy
Voter identities are anonymized (e.g. “Voter A”) before any votes leave your browser — display names are never sent. The first time you use an AI feature, we ask you to confirm that story titles, descriptions and notes will be sent to our provider, so please avoid pasting passwords or API keys into stories. Hosted usage is never used to train third-party models. Full detail is in the privacy policy.
Credit pricing
Buy credits à-la-carte — the more you buy, the less each one costs. One credit covers one AI action, and purchased credits never expire.
New accounts also get a free monthly allowance — no purchase needed to try it. Manage and top up credits from Settings → AI Credits.
