About Pokor

Planning poker built around
the tools your team already uses

We think estimation tools should meet teams where they already are — not force the backlog into a new home.

Why we exist

Your backlog lives somewhere. We go there.

Most planning poker tools assume the backlog lives inside their app. Teams running scrum in 2026 don't work that way — the backlog lives in Jira, Notion, GitHub, Linear, or a spreadsheet, and the team coordinates in Slack or Discord.

Pokor imports the backlog, launches the session from chat, estimates together in real time, and exports results straight back.

What we care about

Three decisions shape the product

Only the organizer pays

Per-seat pricing punishes teams for inviting more people. Voters and spectators are always free.

Meet teams where they are

Six native integrations — plus CSV — so the backlog never has to leave its home.

Privacy-first defaults

No passwords. Guest sessions. Anonymous data deleted on sign-out. Scoped integration access.

How it runs

The facts, without the buzzwords

Hosted in Europe
All infrastructure runs inside the EU, under EU data protection.
No password storage
Auth via one-time email codes or third-party providers (Google, GitHub, Atlassian, Notion, Discord, Microsoft).
Stripe handles payments
Card details never touch Pokor servers. We hold a Stripe customer ID and billing lifecycle only.
Anonymous data deleted on sign-out
Guest sessions use a random token. Signing out removes the cookie and the related participation data.
Read-only integration access
Pokor only sees the Jira/Notion/GitHub items you explicitly select during import — nothing more.

Open to feedback

The changelog is public and updated as features ship. Bug reports, feature ideas, and annoyances all go to the contact page or [email protected]. We read every one.
