Welcome to Pokor. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Pokor is a real-time planning poker platform for development teams. It enables collaborative estimation of work items using story point cards. Pokor may also be accessed through third-party integrations such as Slack, Discord, Notion, GitHub, and Jira.
For supported Jira, Notion, and GitHub stories, organizers can configure estimate sync so finalized estimates are written back to the source tool. Jira sync writes numeric estimates to the configured story points field. Notion sync can update a mapped database property, post a page comment, or do both. GitHub sync can post an issue comment, an estimate label, or both.
You may use Pokor without creating an account by choosing a display name. Anonymous sessions are identified by browser cookies.
You may sign in with your email (via a one-time confirmation code), Google, GitHub, Atlassian, Notion, Discord, or Microsoft to access your sessions across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and associated email or third-party provider.
The person who creates a session becomes the organizer. Organizers can:
Story management, imports, exports, join approval, and supported estimate write-back require an Organizer plan.
The Free plan includes core planning poker features: real-time voting, unlimited active sessions, preset card decks, Slack and Discord integrations, and unlimited participants.
The Organizer plan (5.99 EUR/month or 59.99 EUR/year) includes all Free plan features plus: story management, imports from Notion, GitHub, Jira, and CSV, supported Jira, Notion, and GitHub estimate write-back, exports, reusable setup, a larger monthly AI credit allowance, and the ability to connect your own AI provider key. The current feature matrix is published on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Optional AI features consume AI credits. Every account receives a free monthly credit allowance, and you may buy additional credits as a one-time purchase processed by Stripe. Purchased credits do not expire while your account is active. One-time credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. Free monthly credits are reset each month and do not carry over. See Section 6 for the terms governing AI features and outputs.
You may cancel your Organizer subscription at any time. Access to Organizer features continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
If a recurring payment fails, Stripe will retry for up to 3 days. If all retries fail, the subscription is cancelled and your account reverts to the Free plan.
When reverting to the Free plan, paid features (story management, imports, exports, custom decks, async mode) become unavailable. Your existing sessions remain accessible.
Session organizers may remove participants at their discretion. Removal may include a ban that prevents you from rejoining the session. Bans are enforced using your account identity, anonymous token, and/or IP address. Ban records persist for the lifetime of the session and are deleted when the session is removed.
Organizers may enable join approval, which requires them to manually approve each participant before they can enter the session. If your request is denied, you will not be able to join. Organizers may also ban you during the approval process.
If you believe you were banned in error, contact the session organizer directly. Pokor does not mediate disputes between participants and organizers.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of any content you create (session names, story titles, descriptions). We do not claim ownership of your content. We store it solely to provide the service.
If you enable write-back to Jira, Notion, or GitHub, you authorize Pokor to send finalized estimates to the external item using the permissions granted to the connected account. You are responsible for connecting the correct workspace, repository, project, database, issue or page, and destination field or property.
AI features are optional and run only when an eligible signed-in participant or organizer explicitly triggers an action. Story explanation and session summary may be available to eligible signed-in participants; estimate suggestions and disagreement analysis remain organizer-controlled. When an action runs, the relevant content is sent to our AI provider through the Cloudflare AI Gateway (or, if you connect your own key on the Organizer plan, directly to the provider you choose); voter identities are anonymized before votes are sent. Team admins may also run AI summaries and insights over the sessions of a team they administer; the same anonymization applies, and by joining a team you acknowledge that its admins can generate these analyses from the team's session data. You retain ownership of your input content and of the AI-generated outputs, and you are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them.
