Planning poker for Notion

Estimate directly from your Notion backlog. Authorize Pokor once, pick any database, and pull titles, descriptions, and unique IDs into a real-time planning poker session.

Included in Organizer plan — €5.99/mo

How it works

1

Authorize Notion

Connect from Settings → Integrations using Notion OAuth. Pokor only sees the pages and databases you explicitly share during consent.

2

Choose a database

Every Notion database you shared becomes selectable. Pokor lists them with icon and name — pick the one you want to refine.

3

Import pages

Select up to 500 pages per import. Pokor maps page title, description (rich_text or description field), and unique ID into stories.

What you get

Any Notion database

Engineering backlogs, content calendars, OKR trackers — if it is a Notion database, it can become a planning poker session.

Smart field detection

Pokor auto-extracts the title property, plus description from a “description” or first rich_text property, plus the Notion unique_id if you have one configured.

Paginated at scale

Import up to 500 pages per session. Larger backlogs? Filter in Notion first, or split the refinement across multiple sessions.

Only the organizer pays

Notion import is an Organizer-plan feature (€5.99/mo). The rest of the team participates for free, forever.

Frequently asked questions

What does Pokor read from Notion?

Only the databases and pages you explicitly grant access to during the Notion OAuth consent step. Pokor reads titles, rich_text/description fields, and unique_id — nothing else.

Do I need a Notion paid account?

No. Pokor works with any Notion workspace — free, Plus, Business, or Enterprise. You only need permission to view the database you want to import.

Can my team join without Notion accounts?

Yes. Only the organizer needs a Notion account connected to Pokor. Voters join the planning poker session with just a display name — no Notion or Pokor account required.

Does Pokor write back to Notion?

Not today. Pokor imports Notion pages into a session and records final estimates inside Pokor. You can export results as CSV or PDF and paste them back into Notion.

Is Notion import on the free plan?

Connecting Notion is free; importing database pages into a session requires the Organizer plan.
